As more and more people to decide to work from an office at home, the obvious increase in demand for headset and analogue telephone packages is no real surprise. But with so many on the market, which do you choose?

Home office small business analogue telephones

First let us look at the phones, as home phones are not part of a telephone system (Digital or IP) or PBX, you are limited to analogue telephones but don’t worry as these are fine for most small home businesses and are often feature packed (compared to cheap domestic phones) to include features found on professional telephones.

A word of warning!

In our opinion and unfortunately experience, we have found at times that the really cheap home office telephones and even headsets can have there draw backs. The main ones being telephone handset buttons (the number keys really) that don’t work 6 months in where they have been used every day and also the actual button numbers coming off or wearing down so you cannot see them. The headsets are often not noise cancelling and have poor quality components – YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
