This is a Power Over Ethernet (PoE) enabled device and, sold without a PSU (power supply unit). If required you can purchase a separate Power Supply Unit (see option above).

Yes, next day delivery is free for purchases over £100 and is based on the working day (Mon-Fri) Orders must be received by 3pm to qualify. (except friday where the goods will be delivered the following Monday)
