Wired through which have no quick disconnect plug & are wired straight through to the USB plug at the end
The QD or “quick disconnect” type which do have the ability to disconnect the bottom cable (if you wish)and swap to another lead if you need for a desk phone or alternative device which isnt USB.
If you are mainly accessing Microsoft Teams software via a USB connection on an enabled device (e.g. PC, Laptop etc) then the standard wired through is the best option.
