Cisco 8861 SIP Phone
The Cisco 8861 is a 5-line SIP Phone with configurable keys for directory numbers, speed dials and BLF. It features a 5-inch colour display, two USB ports, dual Gigabit Ethernet, wideband audio, a handsfree speakerphone, and support for wired and wireless headsets. It also supplies up to three daisy-chained Cisco 8800 Key Expansion Modules (KEM). This PoE device needs an external power source (sold separately) for non-PoE environment.
Note: This is a Multiplatform SIP Phone and won't work with Cisco's Collaboration platforms.isco Call Manager.

This multiplatform phone firmware enables the 8800 Series to work with third-party call control systems.
For partners who provide voice and video services to end customers on third-party platforms, Cisco offers specific firmware loads that support these platforms and run on the CiscoĀ®Ā IP Phone 8800 Series. The feature set provided by this firmware is not identical to that of the firmware designed and built for use with Cisco call control systems, but there are many similarities. For clarity, this data sheet focuses only on the features provided on these multiplatform phone firmware loads.
The Cisco 8861 supports five programmable line keys which you can configure to support either multiple directory numbers or calling features such as speed dial / BLF. This phone is compatible with up to 3 8800 Key Expansion Modules for even more programmable function keys.
