What do we recommend & Why?
Most Bluetooth headsets have not been designed to work well in a busy office environment. if its quiet where you are then they will be sufficient for your needs. In a normal working environment we thoroughly recommend a dedicated wired professional headset connected to the headset jack or USB port on the back of the phone or a Professional DECT “not” Bluetooth wireless headset, especially if call quality is important to you.
Top Tip* Bluetooth do NOT need an extra EHS lead for remote answering as do DECT wireless (see below) but DECT do offer better range and have no issue with multiple DECT signals in a single room, Bluetooth can sometimes have issues with "cross over" pairing from one device to another - thats the trade off!

Thats correct they are USB, standard square headset jack & bluetooth – Based on our wide experience of these Cisco IP phones, I would recommend:

For Wired: – Go with either USB or standard headset jack, as a personal preference I would be happy with either. On the USB, choose – the Sennheiser / EPOS Adapt 135/165 or EPOS Adapt 130/160 USB noise cancelling headset (see both these headsets above)
