Do I need a credit card to book?
What if I don't like the headset?
There is a courier cost to us (typically £6-7) to send it to you securely.
Its the same for the pick up (so £12-£14 in total).
So Its fair you should send it back at your cost. That said, the trial is for volume 4+ purchasers only, so its rarely an issue. If you purchase 4+ and it was trial demo, we will happily pick it back up at our cost. If it was new product we would just send the remainder of the order and invoice accordingly.
