The USB Y-training cable connects two Jabra Quick Disconnect (QD) headsets to a single PC, allowing supervisors to join their agents' conversations or simply listen. With convenient inline call controls such as answer/end, volume adjustment, and microphone mute, the Jabra LINK 265 makes call management easy and user-friendly.
